  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
  • Capture marketing and creative content daily by photographing and filming procedures and communicating with customers
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign Make improvements when needed
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Respond to comments and messages with a sense of compassion, urgency, professionalism, and on brand tone
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Resourceful, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Detailed oriented during the editing, drafting, publishing processes of content creation
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
